About Vincent

Vincent Pichard joined RSM Switzerland in September 2026 as a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance department and is based in Geneva.

As a US Certified Public Accountant (US CPA) and ACCA member, he has over 15 years of experience in auditing international groups, market transactions and complex accounting issues relating to group restructurings (acquisitions, mergers and spin-offs).

Before joining RSM, Vincent worked for leading international audit firms, notably PwC in Switzerland, the United States and Luxembourg, as well as Forvis Mazars in Switzerland. This experience has enabled him to acquire a solid understanding of cross-border audits, listed groups and complex regulatory environments. He has regularly been involved in transactions such as initial public offerings (IPOs), financial due diligence and group reorganisation projects.

At RSM, Vincent leads audit engagements for national and international groups, across a range of accounting frameworks, including IFRS and the Swiss Code of Obligations. In addition to his audit responsibilities, Vincent is heavily involved in the firm’s IFRS team, contributing to internal training and supporting teams on complex financial reporting issues.

Thanks to his career experience in Switzerland, the United States and Luxembourg, Vincent offers his clients an international perspective combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. He is particularly valued for his ability to support finance departments in resolving technical issues.

Fluent in French and English, he works daily with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
