About Guillaume

Guillaume Lüber has a background in economics and management, with a specialisation in corporate finance.

He gained experience at a private bank in Geneva, strategy consulting firms and a family office specialising in venture capital before joining the M&A team at RSM Switzerland mid-2025. He also participated in the launch of a restaurant business and the operational restructuring of a tech-startup, experiences that give him a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of SME and entrepreneurs.

Trained at INSEAD and the University of Geneva, Guillaume has acquired skills in venture capital, valuation, financial modelling, M&A and restructuring. He speaks French, German and English.
