HR Associate (Open for UAE Nationals)
About the Role:
As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in welcoming new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience at RSM UAE. You will support the HR function across onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement activities in alignment with our internal policies and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Communicate with potential candidates during the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for new joiners.
- Verify candidate information and collect all required documents.
Onboarding:
- Serve as a point of contact for new joiners, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
- Prepare and send onboarding materials, including policies, contracts, and benefit details.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure IT access and equipment are ready.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Support in advising employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR matters.
- Draft employment contracts and HR policy documents in line with UAE Federal Law and RSM policies.
- Recommend enhancements to existing HR policies and procedures.
Performance & Training:
- Administer performance review processes (e.g., probation confirmations, annual appraisals).
- Prepare reports and analyze HR data.
- Follow up on training and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) requirements.
Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, annual dinners, and recognition events.
- Track and report participation to measure event effectiveness.
Other Duties
- Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Open to UAE Nationals only.
- 6–12 months of HR administrative or operational experience preferred.
- Strong interest or basic knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-driven attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
