Internal Communications Associate and RSM UAE Brand Champion (UAE National)

As an Internal Communications Associate, you will be responsible for creating and implementing internal/employee and recruiting communications content and contributing to programs that actively engage our employees. You will be translating business strategies into key messages, develops appropriate internal communications initiatives in support of those strategies, and executes and drives programs that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and shape organizational culture. 

As a Brand Champion, you will play a key support role in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns/events.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communications plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. This role works with firm management and internal to communicate new information and promote the firm’s special strengths and values.

Major duties and responsibilities:

-Responsible for the publication and distribution of communications, as needed

-Word processing and formatting articles in accordance with internal brand compliance

-Creating internal templates per new RSM branding guidelines

-Proofreading and editing of documents

-Composing communications for internal stakeholder's intranet site and articles

-Preparing internal and external communications and managing distribution lists using the firm's tools

-Posting content to intranet site and external internet site and RSM Power platform and other social media platforms as needed

-Compiling and evaluating reports content performance

-Develop internal communications strategies, tactics and deliverables to engage, motivate and align employees with various projects and programs. May support one or more internal groups or leaders with internal communications on a regular basis.

-Collaborate with counterparts on the public relations team and in other functional areas (marketing, human resources, finance, etc.) to ensure that communications are planned, sequenced and integrated across the enterprise.

-Coordinate the logistics of internal communications campaigns to ensure that all communications and materials are delivered on time and through the proper channels.

-Work closely with various departments to effectively communicate announcements to all employees or the firm’s clients.

Required Knowledge

-Advanced Microsoft Office and social media skills required

-Strong attention to detail

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Ability to adapt writing style to the intended audience(s)

-Proven track record of exercising sound judgment in communicating with various internal and external audiences

-Ability to operate with a sense of urgency

-Ability to foster and execute solutions

Required Qualifications and Experience

-Education: Fresh graduate of Bachelor's degree in Journalism,  Communications, Marketing, or related field.

-Required Nationality: UAE National

-Demonstrated previous experience in writing and editing marketing content; experience with web and digital content preferred.

-Strong administrative and report writing skills.

-Experienced managing branded social media accounts.

-A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work.

-Ability to foster and execute solutions
