Supporting future generations of champions

5 athletes, 5 sports, one goal: performance. At RSM, we believe in the power of long-term sponsorship, which is why we created Team RSM France. We are committed to supporting elite athletes throughout their sports careers—and beyond—by helping them prepare for their professional futures.

From Paris 2024 success to the road to Milan 2026

The Paris 2024 Olympic Games marked a historic turning point for French sport, sparking fresh ambition. With the Milan 2026 Winter Games on the horizon, the athletes of Team RSM continue to pursue excellence. Every stage of their journey reflects their drive to push boundaries, share strong values, and build a stable future beyond competition. At RSM, we support their athletic goals while helping them anticipate and prepare for career transitions, ensuring a smooth path forward after sports.

A sports sponsorship initiative with the Pacte de Performance

RSM has partnered with the Fondation du Sport Français through the Pacte de Performance. This program enables eligible high-level athletes to receive financial support and confidently plan their life projects.

This initiative by the Fondation du Sport Français is designed to promote and fund the training, professional integration, and career transition of elite athletes. It also encourages businesses to support athletes through corporate sponsorship. The program guarantees eligible athletes a decent income, enabling them to focus on both their athletic and personal goals with peace of mind.

As the only public-interest and umbrella foundation in the sports sector (recognized by decree on 24/08/11), the Fondation du Sport Français is a key player in promoting and developing sponsorship in service of sports and athletes. It also acts as an incubator for innovative sports projects, aiming to build the legacy of major international sporting events.

Para Athletics

Renaud Clerc

Renaud Clerc, from Albi, has always been driven by unwavering determination. Discovered at age 19 during a JAP training camp in Bourges in 2017, he made a bold transition from canoe-kayak to athletics, specializing in the 400 meters later that year. His perseverance quickly paid off: in 2018, he won his first gold medal at the French Championships. Since then, Renaud has continued to shine on the track with outstanding performances at both national and international competitions. His participation in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games marked a major milestone, strengthening his global reputation.

While excelling in sport, Renaud is also pursuing a degree in public law, with aspirations of becoming a lawyer. His academic dedication reflects a desire to contribute to society beyond athletics. Looking ahead, he has set new goals, with the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games in sight. Renaud embodies resilience and ambition, turning every challenge into an opportunity to excel.

Triathlon

Léa Coninx

Originally from Échirolles, Léa Coninx competes at the highest level of triathlon with Poissy Triathlon. She first gained attention by placing 2nd at the Embrunman in 2018, then went on to win silver in the mixed relay at the European Championships the same year and became ETU European Club Champion in 2021.

In parallel with her athletic achievements, Léa earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Université Grenoble Alpes and is currently pursuing a master's in health engineering, reflecting her commitment to combining sport with scientific innovation.

Determined to push her limits, Léa is now aiming for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, where she hopes to represent France at the highest level. Ambitious and dedicated, she perfectly embodies the balance between high performance and resilience.

Snowboard

Léo Le Blé Jaques

Léo discovered his passion for snowboarding in Le Grand-Bornand, where he initially trained in giant slalom before specializing in snowboard cross. After a serious injury in 2018, he made a remarkable comeback during the 2020-2021 season, achieving 12th place in the individual event and earning a team bronze medal at the World Championships.

The 2023-2024 season proved especially successful for Léo. In March 2024, at the Montafon event, he secured second place — the best result of his career so far. This performance reflects both his unwavering determination and his talent on the international circuit.

Alongside his athletic achievements, Léo is pursuing an engineering degree at Polytech Grenoble, benefiting from elite athlete status to balance his studies and his sports career.

After competing at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, he now sets his sights on the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics, training relentlessly with the goal of reaching even greater heights in his discipline.

Para Alpine Skiing

Aurélie Richard

Aurélie Richard is an exceptional para alpine skier whose journey has been marked by resilience and triumph. After suffering a torn ACL in 2021, she made a strong comeback with unwavering determination. In 2023, she shined at the Para Alpine Skiing World Championships in Espot, winning two silver medals and one bronze. In 2024, another ACL injury forced her to pause her immediate competitive ambitions — but did not stop her progress.

In 2025, she returned stronger than ever, winning two gold medals at the Winter World University Games — an impressive feat after months of rehabilitation. Beyond her athletic achievements, Aurélie is developing a professional project focused on promoting para sports, with the ambition of becoming a leading advocate for inclusion in sport. Her eyes are now firmly set on the Milan 2026 Paralympic Games, where she intends to make her mark among the world’s best.

Swimming

Hadrien Salvan

Born in 1997 in Paris, Hadrien Salvan began swimming at the Bouvines club before joining Stade de Vanves. In 2019, he was admitted to INSEP, marking a major milestone in his career. In 2021, he became the French national champion in the 200m freestyle — a title he successfully defended in 2022 and again in 2024, confirming his consistency at the highest level. That same year, he was crowned European Champion in the mixed 4×100m freestyle relay.

Hadrien also competed at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games in the men's 4×200m freestyle relay and had high hopes for the Paris 2024 Olympics, where he placed 5th — bringing the French relay team back to the international spotlight.

In parallel with his athletic career, Hadrien is studying international business and sustainable development at Paris-Dauphine University. With relentless determination, he continues to aim for international victories and Olympic medals, constantly pushing his limits.
