In 2024/25, several key projects were implemented: a code of conduct and ethical alert procedure, a responsible purchasing charter, and numerous initiatives to engage all our employees

Environnement pillar

  • RSM's carbon footprint is estimated at the equivalent of 3,828 tons of CO2 ;
  • RSM is committed to reducing its emissions by 3% in absolute value by 2030.

  • 14.89% of employees engaged with the RSM Foundation
  • 40% of partners are members of a professional network
  • 11% of partners train students
