RSM, the 6th largest global network of audit, consulting and accounting firms, carried out the financial and tax due diligence for ProductLife Group (PLG), a regulatory consulting firm for the life sciences industry, in its acquisition of Zwiers Regulatory Consultancy (ZRC), a Dutch consultancy specialising in regulatory affairs for the pharmaceutical industry.

Through this engagement, RSM’s Corporate Finance division strengthens its position as a key advisor to regulatory consulting firms supporting the pharmaceutical sector in their strategic acquisitions across Europe.
ProductLife Group (PLG), a global provider of regulatory, vigilance, and quality services for the pharmaceutical, medtech, and biotech industries, has announced the acquisition of Zwiers Regulatory Consultancy, a consultancy firm specialised in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and the integrated development of drugs and medical devices, with offices in Amsterdam and Oss, the Netherlands.
Founded in 2011, ZRC supports both start-ups and large pharmaceutical companies throughout the entire lifecycle of their products, offering strategic and operational support from clinical development through to global commercialisation.
