RSM, a global network of audit, accounting and consulting firms, provided financial vendor assistance to ED Ouest, a specialist in roofing, zinc work, waterproofing, insulation and photovoltaic installations in western France, as part of the reshaping of its capital structure marked by the entry of Bpifrance and several of the group's senior managers.

ED Ouest was advised by an RSM team led by Vincent Jeanneau, partner.

Through this transaction, RSM's Corporate Finance practice further demonstrates its expertise in supporting regional SMEs opening their capital to accelerate their growth.

Official press release from Acticam

Founded in 2013 by Kevin Grolleau and Hugo Marsollier, ED OUEST specialises in roofing works and, more broadly, zinc work, waterproofing, insulation and photovoltaic installations, serving a client base primarily made up of private individuals, as well as property management companies.

From the outset, the founders built an organisation designed to combine the quality of local, craftsman-level service with the rigour and commercial responsiveness of more structured players. This differentiating, customer-centric commercial model enables ED OUEST to be highly responsive and strongly positioned in renovation and maintenance projects on existing buildings.

With 10 branch managers and as many locations, ED OUEST is now able to provide a free quote within 48 hours along the Atlantic coast (from Bordeaux to Quimper), with a quality of service widely praised by its clients. With 100 employees and €17 million in revenue in 2025, the company is a leading independent player in western France.

The founding directors chose to partner with Bpifrance Small Cap to structure the company ahead of a new phase of growth, which will notably involve the opening of at least four new branches to expand the Group's territorial coverage.

On this occasion, several senior managers, who share the company's ambitions with enthusiasm and commitment, acquired a stake in ED OUEST.
