Gur Ben Zeev

Managing Partner, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Raising

Gur Ben Ze'ev has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. Throughout his career, he has led dozens of transactions across the industrial, commercial, and services sectors, as well as capital raising for startup companies.

Gur holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance from the College of Management.

In the past, he managed M&A activities at some of Israel’s leading institutions:

• Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at PwC Israel (2008–2013)
• Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Discount Capital – the investment and investment banking arm of Discount Bank (2017–2021)

Gur also brings significant entrepreneurial experience, having founded an international company that sold its products in 10 countries worldwide. He worked with global giants such as NIKE, GM, and Qatar Airways, and collaborated with some of the world’s top football clubs, including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal.

Gur has extensive experience and deep familiarity with all key players in the local market, including public and private companies, private equity and venture capital funds, institutional investors, private investment entities, and family offices.
