RSM Studio Palea Lauri Gerla has provided assistance to Ibiden Europe B.V., a sub-holding under Dutch law of the Japanese company Ibiden, in the acquisition of a majority stake in L.G. Graphite S.r.l., a historical company in the Basso Lodigiano area  operating in the field of isostatic, extruded and carbo-graphite processing.
