Donald Schembri is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in audit and industry leadership. After qualifying from the University of Malta in 1998, he held senior management roles across international companies, including Finance Director and Company Secretary positions, and played a key role in growing a telecom company from start-up to a global player with subsidiaries across Europe.

Donald later joined RSM Malta, bringing expertise in finance, corporate governance, and business growth. His approach reflects RSM’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client focus, combining hands-on leadership with a deep understanding of client expectations and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams.
