Conrad Borg

Principal

A certified public accountant and auditor, holding fellow memberships in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA), Conrad Borg serves as a Principal at RSM Malta. He leads the Audit Department and is Head of Ethics and Independence. With extensive experience, he has overseen numerous audit engagements for diverse clients, including government entities, gaming and insurance companies, large groups, and listed entities.

His commitment to understanding client needs, delivering exceptional service and fostering a supportive work environment is integral to RSM’s service philosophy. He stays current through continuous learning, seminars, and professional committees. His leadership philosophy emphasises clear communication, transparency, and empowering team members. 

Conrad is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and of the Malta Institute of Accountants. He holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting, awarded by ACCA. He sits on the Audit Committee of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
