A graduate in accountancy from the University of Malta, Donald began his career with a prominent audit firm, obtaining his audit warrant and subsequently moving into senior roles like Finance Director and Company Secretary at international firms. Notably, he played a pivotal role in expanding a telecom startup into a global player with subsidiaries across Europe. Donald’s hands-on experience in startups resonates with RSM’s values of excellence and teamwork.

His leadership style emphasises empathy and collaboration, fostering a respectful work environment that encourages innovation.
