Roberta West Falzon is a Certified Public Accountant with a practising certificate in auditing and a fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. She holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degrees from the University of Malta and an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.

As Principal at RSM Malta, Roberta leads audit engagements across government, gaming, large groups, and listed entities, while delivering technical and professional training.
