HR Associate (UAE National)

As an HR Associate, you will play a vital role in welcoming new employees to our organization and ensuring a smooth transition as they start their career journey with RSM UAE. You will facilitate the onboarding process and provide support across a range of employee relations matters as required.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

Participating in the hiring process by:

-Communicating with potential candidates

-Maintaining accurate records and related documentation related to new joiners

-Cross-checking candidates details and gathering all important information

Participating in the Onboarding process by:

-Serving as a point of contact for new joiners, addressing questions, clarification, and concerns during the onboarding process.

-Coordinating and conducting new hire orientations that aim to provide a successful and engaging career with RSM UAE..

-Preparing and send comprehensive onboarding emails and materials to new joiners, including organization policies, benefits details, employee agreements and other required forms.

-Collaborating with various teams to ensure IT necessities/laptop, and access are ready for new joiners.

Participating in the HR process by:

-Assisting with the provision of advice across a range of HR and Employee Relations topics.

-Responding to employee and managers inquiries regarding HR policies/procedures and providing guidance.

-Developing and processing contracts of employment and employment policies & procedures in line with UAE Fedaral laws, other local requirements and RSM UAE HR policies.

-Suggesting improvement in the employment policies

Participating in the performance review by:

-Administering performance management processes i.e., probation confirmation, appraisal etc

-Preparingof reports and analyze data as and when required.

-Conducting follow up on Employees training and CPD requirements.

Undertaking any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required from time to time.

-Facilitating monthly, quarterly, and annual employee engagement events and activities i.e., annual dinner, team building etc.

-Tracking participation statistics to ensure the continued success of all events and training programs.

Ensuring to Comply with UAE Federal, Emirates Local Laws and RSM UAE policies at al times. 

Required Knowledge

-A working knowledge and/ or keen interest in UAE Labour Law.

Required Qualifications and Experience

-Education: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

-Required Nationality: UAE National

-Ideally have a minimum of 6 to 12 months HR admin/operational experience.

-Proficient in Office Application

-A good work ethic with a positive, can do attitude and approach to work.

-Ability to foster and execute solutions
