  • Set-up the payroll system to meet the company's requirements and in compliance with the Vietnamese regulations
  • Set-up payroll information management system to ensure the information confidentiality
  • Maintain and update the payroll reporting system if any changes
  • Calculate monthly payroll for employees based on the information provided by the company
  • Calculate incomes paid to employees/individuals such as monthly salary, allowances, overtime, performance bonus, termination/ severance allowance, and others
  • Provide the company with the monthly payroll calculation
  • Prepare the pay slips which will be distributed to each employee
  • Assist to clarify questions relating to the monthly pay slip raised from employees (if any)
  • Advise the payment amount due and bank remittance details
