- Set-up the payroll system to meet the company's requirements and in compliance with the Vietnamese regulations
- Set-up payroll information management system to ensure the information confidentiality
- Maintain and update the payroll reporting system if any changes
- Calculate monthly payroll for employees based on the information provided by the company
- Calculate incomes paid to employees/individuals such as monthly salary, allowances, overtime, performance bonus, termination/ severance allowance, and others
- Provide the company with the monthly payroll calculation
- Prepare the pay slips which will be distributed to each employee
- Assist to clarify questions relating to the monthly pay slip raised from employees (if any)
- Advise the payment amount due and bank remittance details
- Remit the salary to employees and statutory payments (i.e. tax, compulsory insurance, trade union fee) on behalf of your company
