Checking on social media to ascertain whether any detrimental information has ever been posted, including:

Information posted on candidate's personal pages such as Facebook, Linkedln
To record the information regarding to such behaviors which are considered as professional misconduct, discriminatory, illegal, violent, sexual, or other inappropriate behaviors

Criminal record check

Provide the process with detailed guidance for the candidate to apply for the criminal record certificate
Follow up the procedure when the candidate submits his/her documents to the authority and continue the guidance until the process is completed
Receive the criminal record certificate from the candidate and update information in the final report
