To verify whether the candidate has indeed studied and graduated as per the information provided as follows:

  • The authenticity of Degrees
  • Type of Degree
  • Year of graduation
  • Degree classification
  • Verifying information related to position, dates of employment, and reason for leaving
  • Contacting a candidate's former employer and/ or supervisor to ascertain past reputation, performance as well as learn more about the candidate through a series of open-ended questions
  • A full written transcript of the interview is provided for the
    employer's review. The reference check results help give
    the company insight into the individual's: ability to work
    with others, communication skills, strengths, areas for
    improvement

Certificates may be checked as follows:

  • The authenticity of the Certificates
  • Issue date
  • Current status
  • Expiration date
  • Credential title

Checking on social media to ascertain whether any detrimental information has ever been posted, including:

  • Information posted on candidate's personal pages such as Facebook, Linkedln
  • To record the information regarding to such behaviors which are considered as professional misconduct, discriminatory, illegal, violent, sexual, or other inappropriate behaviors
  • Provide the process with detailed guidance for the candidate to apply for the criminal record certificate
  • Follow up the procedure when the candidate submits his/her documents to the authority and continue the guidance until the process is completed
  • Receive the criminal record certificate from the candidate and update information in the final report
