ABOUT ALAN

Alan works within audit & assurance and accounting services.  He is our head of compliance, and holds the positions of MLCO and MLRO.

Alan's audit & assurance portfolio encompasses pension schemes, real estate investment structures, charities and private family structures.

Accounts preparation clients include owner-managed family business, high net worth family structures and real estate investment and development structures.

Alan has extensive experience with IFRS, FRS 102, the Pensions SORP and the Charities SORP.

BACKGROUND

Alan joined in September 2010. He is a fellow of the ICAEW and holds a Mchem Honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester.
