William Garcia is a CPA with a degree in financial Management. 

He has worked in auditing and statutory audit on international auditing firms for more than 26 years (Price WaterhouseCoopers and Crowe Horwath as partner managing the firm in Cali). 

His experience includes servicing local and international clients. He also taught pre and post degree university courses.
