RSM accompanies organizations interested in consolidating a permanent innovation area within their structure, establishing policies, roles and responsibilities, hierarchical relationships, processes and procedures, objectives and indicators.

The intellectual capital of a company must be managed, so that lessons learned, good practices, new methodologies and ways of doing things, common mistakes, successful and unsuccessful strategies, among others, are collected.
Learning to store, distribute, classify, disseminate and enrich the organization's knowledge is not a minor task, and guidelines, policies and procedures must be established for its correct use.
