Glossary

La RSE est la prise en compte par les organisations, sur une base volontaire, des enjeux sociaux et environnementaux dans leurs activités et dans leurs interactions avec ses parties prenantes. En 2019, l'adoption de la loi Pacte est venue renforcer le cadre légal de la RSE.

La CSRD est une nouvelle directive européenne qui impose aux moyennes et grandes entreprises la publication d'un reporting de durabilité incluant la communication de données financières et ESG. 

Cette réglementation entrera en application à partir de 2025.

Afin de fiabiliser et de vérifier les informations publiées dans le cadre des Déclarations de Performance Extra-Financière (DPEF) et de vérifier l'exécution des objectifs sociaux et environnementaux des sociétés à mission, les entreprises ont recours à des Organismes Tiers Indépendants (OTI). RSM Paris est un OTI accrédité par le COFRAC depuis 2015 :
