Emy Bonner is the Senior Manager of the Trust and Company Management Team at RSM Gibraltar. With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Emy is a trusted adviser for international clients and complex corporate structures. She is a qualified Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP), having completed the STEP exams in International Company and Trust Management.

Emy began her career in 2009 and has advanced through diverse roles in trust and company administration. Since joining RSM Gibraltar in 2017, she has played a pivotal role in developing the fiduciary team and now leads the department with a focus on operational excellence and client success.

Her technical expertise covers trust and company administration, corporate governance, and company secretarial functions. Emy specialises in supporting international business setups and managing complex holding structures across Gibraltar, the UK, Malta, BVI, and Delaware. She is also recognised for her work with digital asset and Web3 investment companies, combining regulatory insight with a forward-thinking approach.

Emy’s leadership is human-centred and collaborative, built on integrity, proactive communication, and a drive to deliver value-focused solutions. Her approach ensures transparency, rigorous compliance, and exceptional service, earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Beyond her professional role, Emy is committed to community service.
