Jessica is the Senior Manager of the Trust and Company Management Team at RSM Gibraltar, bringing over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She works with both local and international clients across a wide range of corporate structures and is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute, qualified in International Finance and Administration.

Born in the Isle of Man, Jessica began her career in banking in 2010. She has since developed experience in banking, pension administration, marine administration, and trust and company administration. Since joining RSM Gibraltar in 2022, Jessica has focused on leading the department with a commitment to excellence, governance, and client service.

 

Jessica has strong technical expertise in company and trust administration, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial services. She specialises in supporting international businesses and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional structures across Gibraltar, Malta, and the British Virgin Islands. Jessica works closely with boards on digital asset and private investment companies, providing support on structuring, governance, and operational requirements. She also maintains strong relationships with banks to ensure clients’ banking needs are met efficiently and compliantly.

Jessica is known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach. She is committed to developing high-performing teams and delivering tailored, high-quality solutions for clients. 

Beyond her professional role, Jessica is on the GFSB’s Women in Enterprise committee and has participated as a mentor in the Women's Mentorship Programme organised by the Gibraltar Government’s Ministry of Equality. She is also an active member of RSM Gibraltar’s Social and Charity Committee, organising fundraising and charity events throughout the year in support of both local charities and RSM Global initiatives. In addition, Jessica is a Wellbeing Leader within the firm, championing initiatives that support inclusion, personal development, and long-term success.
