Rosaleen Reilly is an Audit Director and co-head of RSM Gibraltar's audit department, bringing over 20 years of public practice experience in Ireland and Gibraltar. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (FCA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), Rosaleen has been a member of the Irish Taxation Institute since 2008. She now specialises in the provision of external and internal audits for regulated industries such as insurance and gaming, as well as other industries such as real estate. Rosaleen is licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) as a Statutory Auditor.

Rosaleen’s career has spanned audit, accounting, taxation, and advisory work across both Ireland and Gibraltar. Before joining RSM in 2022, she was an audit and accounting director at Moore Stephens Gibraltar, following valuable experience at a Top 4 audit firm in Gibraltar. This broad background underpins her capacity to deliver high-quality service and insights tailored to clients’ unique challenges.

At RSM, Rosaleen plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence. She oversees the System of Quality Management (SOQM) under ISQM 1 and leads the firm’s training initiatives, empowering the audit teams to stay ahead of regulatory changes. With a collaborative, straightforward approach, she builds trust by delivering clarity and consistency to her clients.

Committed to both the professional field and her community, Rosaleen sits on the executive committee of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants (GSA). She is an active playing member of the Gibraltar Cricket Association and contributes to the firm’s positive culture as a member of the social and wellbeing committees at work.
