Moe Cohen is the CEO and a founder director of the Benady Cohen & Co Group, which is now RSM Gibraltar. As a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Moe provides strategic direction for the firm, driving its vision and ensuring its alignment with the evolving needs of the global market.

Moe has served as CEO of The Bonita Trust, a major international philanthropic organisation, and has advised the Gibraltar Government on fund legislation and tax policy, shaping the financial landscape.

His distinguished career includes serving as the lead financial services partner at Deloitte, where he advised a prestigious portfolio of clients, including insurance companies, hedge funds, banks, and large private clients. This experience has given him deep insights into the complex challenges and opportunities within regulated industries.

Moe’s leadership is central to the firm's success. He oversees financial performance, fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence, and builds strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. His approach is rooted in listening to and respecting client perspectives, acting with integrity, and delivering solutions that build trust and support long-term success.

Moe is also deeply committed to giving back, actively participating in numerous charitable and civic organisations. Through volunteer work, fundraising, networking, and professional development, he remains connected with both the local community and the wider profession—reflecting his belief in the value of service and shared progress.

A prominent figure in Gibraltar’s financial community, Moe is licensed by the Financial Services Commission as a Statutory Auditor and an Insolvency Practitioner. He is also an approved Experienced Investor Fund (EIF) director. Moe serves on the executive of both the Gibraltar Funds and Investments Association (GFIA), was formerly the President of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants (GSA) and is the ICAEW Representative in Gibraltar.
