Chris Celecia is a Director at RSM Gibraltar, where he heads the audit department. With over 25 years of experience in public practice, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to the firm. He is licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) to act as a Statutory Auditor and serves as the firm’s IFRS, ethics and independence director.

Before joining RSM in 2014, Chris was a senior manager at BDO Gibraltar, where he played a key role in financial services audits, quality reviews of network member firms, and the implementation of new audit methodologies. Since joining RSM, he has been instrumental in modernising the audit function, implementing advanced audit tools, and overseeing quality reviews to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Chris sits on the audit faculty of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants (GSA). He specialises in statutory and non-statutory audits for a diverse range of sectors, including online gaming, insurance, crypto, funds, asset management, pension schemes, and charities. Chris also oversees the training and development of the firm’s ACCA students, fostering the next generation of audit professionals.
