Colleen is a Manager at RSM Gibraltar. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 10 years of experience in audit, she is recognised for her reliability, strong project management skills, and calm approach to complex engagements.

At RSM, Colleen continues to deepen her expertise across a diverse portfolio of clients. She is committed to the firm's values, focusing on building strong relationships through consistent communication and an approachable working style. Her priority is ensuring clients receive the highest quality of service, delivered with clarity and precision.

Colleen has built a robust career in audit and assurance over the last decade. Prior to joining RSM in January 2019, she spent three years with Deloitte Philippines.

During this time, she gained significant exposure to several industries, including:

Since moving to Gibraltar, she has expanded her technical knowledge and local market experience, becoming a key member of the audit management team.

Colleen served as Secretary & Treasurer for the Gibraltar Society of Accountants (GSA) from June 2023 to June 2025, playing a vital role in the administration of the local industry body.  She also regularly participates in charity activities and events organised by the firm, supporting local causes.
