David Benady

Head of Operations

David is the Head of Operations at RSM Gibraltar and an ACCA-qualified accountant. Since joining the firm in October 2015, David has built a reputation for excellence and has gained a wide range of experience across the audit, accounting, payroll, fiduciary, restructuring, and liquidation departments. He works with a broad portfolio of clients spanning healthcare, financial services, property development, real estate, and the charitable sector.

Before his career in finance, David spent ten years studying Jewish Law at prestigious institutions in the UK and Israel. This unique academic background has shaped his analytical mindset and ethical approach to leadership and client service.

As Head of Operations, David plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining internal processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional services.

David is also deeply committed to the wider community. He actively volunteers, serves as a school governor, and is passionate about education and youth development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his young family and is known for his thoughtful, people-first approach both professionally and personally.
