David Benady is the Head of Operations at RSM Gibraltar, responsible for driving operational excellence across the firm. He oversees day-to-day business activities, managing processes, resources, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our strategic goals. His focus on optimising our internal systems empowers our teams to deliver exceptional service.

David’s career at RSM is a testament to his dedication and growth. He began his journey as a junior in the outsourcing department, building a strong foundation in tax, accounting, and payroll services. He then moved into our audit practice before progressing to his current leadership role. This comprehensive experience gives him a unique, 360-degree understanding of our clients' needs and the firm's operational dynamics.

As an ACCA qualified accountant, David combines his technical expertise in accounting and automation with a personable approach. He is committed to tailoring solutions that meet the specific requirements of each client, with a particular interest in the charities sector. David’s personal touch ensures that clients feel understood and valued.

David is also dedicated to the community, serving as a School Governor and member of the Jewish Community's Managing Board. This commitment to service is a core part of his professional and personal life.
