Elli is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 8 years of combined internal and external auditing and corporate accounting experience. He joined RSM in December 2020. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of the East-Manila in April 2012, where he graduated Cum Laude; and obtained his CPA Certification in October 2012.

Prior to joining RSM Gibraltar, Elli was a Senior Associate at RSM Philippines, where he developed extensive external audit and financial reporting skills working with various industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Power Distribution, Service Providers, Hotels and Real Estate. He also worked as a Finance Associate Manager, in charge of Employee Tax, Payroll, Month-end reconciliations, and coordination with external auditors directly reporting to the company’s Chief Finance Officer. As an Internal Audit Supervisor, Elli delivered results of operations audit supporting the property development business unit of a local conglomerate covering several business processes.
