Justyna Gasinska is a Director at RSM Gibraltar, leading the Fund Administration department. With over 20 years of experience in the funds industry, she manages a diverse portfolio of Experienced Investor Funds (EIFs), private funds, and offshore funds. She specialises in corporate structuring and providing accounting, secretarial, and advisory services.

Graduating top of her class with a Master’s in Economics from UMCS University in Poland (2005), Justyna also studied at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She earned her ACCA qualification in 2013, achieving prize-winner status, and joined RSM in 2010 after working in State Street Fund Administration division in Dublin for one of Europe’s largest hedge funds.

Her expertise spans hedge funds, crypto funds, property investments, and private equity, with in-depth knowledge of regulatory regimes in Gibraltar and offshore jurisdictions like the BVI and Cayman Islands. Known for her problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach, Justyna builds long-term relationships founded on trust and professionalism.
