Karen is the Director of the Fund Administration Department at RSM Gibraltar. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 20 years’ experience, she leads the team with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational precision, and high-quality client service. Karen manages all aspects of fund administration, including NAV oversight, financial reporting, compliance, and shareholder services for a diverse portfolio spanning Gibraltar, BVI, and the Cayman Islands.

Before joining RSM in 2012, she gained valuable experience at Deloitte Philippines, mainly in audit for insurance and mutual fund clients, and across a range of industries. Her expertise extends to EIFs, private funds, digital asset funds, hedge funds, property funds, and advisory on fund setup, governance and operational best practice.

Karen is a member of the Gibraltar Funds & Investments Association (GFIA) and Gibraltar Society of Accountants (GSA). She is committed to empowering her team and delivering transparent, client-focused solutions grounded in integrity and respect.
