Karishma Gracia is the Deputy Head of Compliance at RSM Gibraltar. With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and 15 years in Compliance, she is dedicated to helping you take charge of change in a complex regulatory landscape.

Her role primarily consists of ensuring the firm and its clients meet all mandatory regulatory requirements. Karishma confidently manages regulatory filings, reporting, Know Your Client obligations, transaction monitoring, and training. She provides seamless support to clients across audit, accounting, TCSPs, funds, payroll, insolvency, and tax.

Karishma began her career in Company and Trust administration. After she obtained her STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, she transitioned into compliance. She developed her professional expertise at PwC/Abacus Financial Services Limited and Aon Insurance Managers Limited before she joined RSM Gibraltar in July 2017.

Beyond her daily work, Karishma is an executive committee member of the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers and the deputy Chair of the Women in Compliance association. She actively promotes the industry and helps shape the future of compliance professionals.
