Moe Cohen

CEO

Moe Cohen is a Chartered Accountant and a founder director of the Benady Cohen & Co Group (now RSM).

Formerly, Moe was lead financial services partner at Deloitte where his clients included insurance companies, hedge funds, banks and a number of large private clients.

Moe served as CEO of The Bonita Trust, a large international philanthropic organisation. Moe has also advised the Gibraltar Government on fund legislation and tax policy.

Professional memberships

Moe is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Executive of the Gibraltar Funds and Investments Association ("GFIA") and the Gibraltar Society of Accountants ("GSA") and a former member of the Gibraltar Finance Centre Council.

Moe is the Gibraltar representative for the ICAEW and the chairman of the GSA Insolvency Faculty.

Moe is approved by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) to act as a Statutory Auditor, a director of financial services limited entities and as an Experienced Investor Fund ('EIF') director under the Financial Services (Investment and Fiduciary Services) Act.

Moe is also a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
