Rosette Nganwa is a Senior Manager at RSM Gibraltar. With experience in the financial services industry since 2001, she specialises in crypto, real estate, and loan funds. She focuses on providing you with clear insights and confident guidance to help you make forward-looking decisions.

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree, Rosette joined PwC in Uganda and later transferred to the Channel Islands. There, she worked in audit and assurance, leading teams in the financial services industry, including banks, insurance, and private equity funds.

She then transitioned into fund administration services, gaining valuable experience at Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, and BNP Paribas. In these roles, Rosette managed teams responsible for investor relations, client reporting, and overall fund administration. Her portfolio included a range of private equity and debt funds with assets under management of up to $9 billion.

Rosette is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Manchester Business School Alumni. She brings a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous communication, helping you adapt and thrive in a changing business environment.
