Mr. Buch has extensive experience in providing audit services with consolidated, annual and quarterly financial statements of public and private companies and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Buch started his professional career as an audit manager at one of the BIG4. He  joined RSM Israel in 2014 as an audit partner of the Haifa branch .

Eldad Buch holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Professional background and expertise

• Extensive experience in providing audit services with consolidated, annual and quarterly financial statements of public and private companies and non-profit organizations.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Israeli Accounting Standards and US GAAP.
• Vast experience by working with the tax authorities, including filing current VAT and income tax returns and making adjustments.
• Consulting clients of submitting  scientist programs and requests to the investment center.
• SOX, responsibility for advising on the implementation of the process according to the Authority's professional criteria and guidelines.
• Extensive experience in making valuations for other tax / accounting needs
