CPA Marina Rubanov holds a dual-major BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Bar-Ilan University. 

She is a certified mediator and holds an international certification as a Certified Quality Assessor from the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
