Mr. Naiberg is one of the four founding partners at RSM Shiff-Hazenfratz & Co.  he has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting serving clients from middle market companies and from government institutions.

• Directing Audit for a variety of industries, high-tech oriented companies, and government entities.

• Advising on Israeli corporate tax.
• Representation of clients before government agencies and tax authorities.
• Consulting to businesses in the establishment stage; and to foreign investors.
• M&A support due diligence, after transaction support.
• Managing the firm’s Trust Company; trustee of traded bonds, cash flows backed and trusts held for financial institutions.
• Performance of business analysis, examination of business proposals, and consulting to clients on a variety of subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and pre-acquisition checks.
• Examining financial statements of municipalities on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior.
