Yaad Lev

Partner, head of RSM Capital

Yaad Lev is an expert in investments both in Israel and abroad, holding an investment management license from the Israel Securities Authority (currently suspended). He specializes, among other things, in developing investment strategies for both tradable and non-tradable securities for families/clients within the RSM CAPITAL family office. This is achieved by integrating knowledge centers (Israeli taxation, international taxation, economic due diligence, and professional opinions) from various departments within the firm.

Yaad holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate. He is also a graduate of the Executive Program at The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.

In his professional past, Yaad managed investments in the corporate department of the IBI investment house, where he managed investments in Israel and abroad for public companies, public entities, local authorities, and private corporations. In this capacity, Yaad was a member of numerous investment committees and served as an advisor to several entities.

Previously, he was involved in establishing the local investment activities at the Swiss investment bank UBS in its Israeli branch in Herzliya. In this role, Yaad developed control mechanisms and managed investments for the bank's clients in Israel, and was a member of the bank's investment committee in Israel.
