Deisy Monjana

People Solutions Team Leader

She holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Pedagógica and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from ISEG – Universidade de Lisboa. Deisy combines strategic vision with a strong ability to mobilize people towards organizational transformation.

Currently, she leads the People Solutions practice at RSM Mozambique, where she focuses on innovation and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Previously, she was responsible for multiple HR dimensions at Millennium bim, notably in organizational culture, learning and development, leadership acceleration, and talent management. At Millennium BCP in Portugal, she contributed to the modernization of recruitment processes during a critical phase marked by the rise of new roles in the digital economy.

Deisy began her professional journey as a consultant at SDO Mozambique, where she was part of a major restructuring project at World Vision, navigating a highly complex organizational environment.
