Mateus Felite is Marketing & Creative Coordinator at RSM Mozambique, where he leads communication initiatives, brand activation and creative support for the firm's service lines.

With a degree in Design and Visual Arts Technologies from the Pedagogical University of Mozambique, Mateus combines strategic thinking with visual creativity to develop campaigns, institutional materials and digital content that reinforce RSM's presence in the market.

Before joining RSM, he worked as Junior Art Director at Create Mozambique, Graphic Designer at ATITTUDE, and collaborated with international agencies such as Ogilvy and Cloud Digital Arts.

He is also the founder of the Zavalinha brand, dedicated to leather crafts, where he applies his artistic talent to unique and personalised pieces.

At RSM, Mateus works directly with the audit, consulting, and tax teams, ensuring that the firm's visual communication reflects its values of excellence, integrity, and proximity.
