Diversity and inclusion in focus for Arvid Karlsson in RSM Forward Sprint 2026
How can an international network work more consistently with diversity and inclusion? That is the question Arvid Karlsson and his team have been exploring this autumn, and they recently took the work further on site in Bulgaria.
Arvid is representing RSM Sweden in the seventh edition of RSM Forward Sprint. The programme brings together 45 employees from 20 European countries to apply creative problem-solving to real challenges facing RSM. His team’s theme is “Embracing diversity and inclusion”. After an autumn of workshops and idea development, the team is now turning its ideas into a concrete proposal during the final meetings.

“The highlight was meeting all the participants, not least those in my group. It was rewarding to hear what things are like at their workplaces and to get to know them on a more personal level,” says Arvid Karlsson.
The trip has also given him new perspectives on the work back home.
“I’m taking with me all the stories about how colleagues in other countries work, and I hope to put the best of those experiences into practice here. At the same time, I want to highlight what we already do well in Sweden. It’s easy to take for granted, but it’s something we should be grateful for.”
On 7th December, a virtual award ceremony will be held where this year’s Forward Sprint participants will present their final solutions to RSM’s international leadership.
