• Firm Leadership & Transformation: Joined RSM Dahman at its inception and played a pivotal role in building the UAE office’s consulting, audit, and technical training capabilities over nearly three decades, directly contributing to the firm’s growth and market positioning.
• Public Sector Capacity Building: Designed and delivered specialized training curricula for sovereign entities, including the Central Bank of Yemen and Ministry of Finance, strengthening institutional financial governance and cementing RSM’s role as a strategic partner to government bodies.
• Technical Knowledge Localization: Led the end-to-end translation and editorial refinement of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) into Arabic, creating authoritative internal resources that bridged global standards with regional practice and elevated team technical proficiency.
