Transfer Pricing Director

Nicolas A. Litvak is a Director at RSM Argentina, the RSM member firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is responsible for the management of its Transfer Pricing (“TP”) Service Division.  In his capacity of department head, he works with clients and other RSM member firms addressing the needs of local and foreign companies with cross border transactions.

Qualitifcations: Business Administration – Faculty of Economic Science at the University of Buenos Aires, Former professor of Production Management at the University of Buenos Aires, Taxation Courses.

In 2015, Litvak was selected as a leading Argentina Transfer Pricing firm of the year (Americas Tax Awards) by the International Tax Review. In early 2016 he joined RSM Argentina to lead the TP division, strengthening the relationship with the firm.

His expertise includes TP assistance in documentation processes, consulting, planning and restructuring, and has participated in tax audits. As a member of different professional institutions, he is a speaker at courses and study commissions and actively participates in academic activities on TP and Tax.

His native language is Spanish but he is fluent in English.
