Tshepo Ntshekang

Tshepo serves as a tax manager in RSM Botswana. She is an accounting technician graduate from Botswana accountancy college and is currently pursuing BICA(CA). Tshepo  started her career in a small audit firm as a accounts trainee. Prior to joining RSM Botswana She progressed from being an accounts trainee onto being a finance and administration assistant in a local Non-government organization  and subsequently as an accounts executive in a local  accounting firm .During this time she obtained extensive experience in various sectors having handled client’s accounting and tax services in banking, insurance, donor funded projects, , manufacturing, industrial and trading.

She registered with BICA  as an accounting technician  member in 2016.

Tshepo is  responsible for providing tax consulting and compliance services to local and international  clients from a wide variety of industries. Solutions include but not limited to:

• Corporate, Trust and Individual  income tax compliance and consulting
• Engaging with local Revenue Authority on various tax  disputes, objections and rulings
• VAT compliance and consulting
