Uma Gurumoorthi

Uma was a banker before coming to Botswana in 1985.  She is the founding director of RSM Botswana's Business Software Division called Businesoft.  She is hands on.  While she makes sales presentations and supervises a team generating and managing leads, she also overseas a team of consultants and solution finders.  Uma is a Commerce Graduate from the University of Bombay in India and has taken to entrepreneurship in making Businesoft a highly successful division within RSM Botswana.  She keep in close touch with Businesoft whether she is in India with her parents or in Canada with her kids.  He practices meditation and yoga.  He sings Carnatic music.  Guru and Uma have two children studying in Canada.
