Jose Luis has more than 18 years of experience in financial statement, operational and management audits, as well as in the design, restructuring and implementation of internal control systems within multinational companies. 

Working knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS, and the rules of the PCAOB and SEC. He worked as Audit Manager in the International Audit, Tax and Consultancy firm Deloitte. 

Experienced in conversion processes of financial statements for multinational companies in the oil, gas, manufacturing, and utility sectors, among others. Professional experience in handling Mergers and Acquisitions, and in the design and implementation of internal control procedures under the approach Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX). 

Solid experience in reports for foreign parent companies, financial statements conversion and US GAAP and IFRS standards. 

He worked for a 2 year period at the office of Deloitte in McLean, USA. Also worked for six years as Partner of Audit and IFRS at the multinational firm of Russell Bedford Colombia S.A. Permanent consultant with different universities in the country.
