Marco graduated with a Psychology degree and spent two years working in the UK as a support teacher for children with learning disabilities.

Marco’s time abroad allowed him to develop valuable skills in communication, patience and attention to detail.

Upon returning to Gibraltar, he joined the firm’s Outsourcing team and hopes to pursue a different career path; hoping to secure a stable future in finance.
