Catherine is Head of our RSM Ireland Consulting unit. She leads a team of multi-disciplinary experts delivering solutions across HR, Transformation and Change, Technology, Economics and Financial Advisory, Forensic Investigation and Risk Advisory Services.
A Graduate of UCD, NCI and the Smurfit Graduate Business school, She has significant sectoral experience in the Public Sector, Not-for-Profit and Foreign Direct Investment.
Her personal consulting portfolio lies in the area of Transformation and Change, HR, Executive Coaching, Facilitation, dispute resolution and Corporate Governance. She has significant experience and track record of leading complex and successful project with significant outputs in these areas.
Catherine has a first class honours graduate diploma in Corporate Governance and acts as advisor to numerous boards of Directors facilitating their arrival at best practice governance issues while delivering outcomes in terms of strategy.
She is active in RSM Global and was Chair of the RSM World Conference in 2017. She is the RSM International Liaison partner in respect of Management Consulting services and works to deliver international benchmarking and expertise as appropriate in our consulting assignments.
Catherine is a firm advocate of the 'authentic leadership' model and personal development approaches which are rooted in 'self awareness'. The RSM Ireland practice values reflect this approach.
