John Glennon

Partner, Head of Strategy

John Glennon is a Partner and Head of Strategy at RSM Ireland. He is a member of the RSM Ireland and RSM UK Combined Leadership Board and is the International Contact Partner for RSM Ireland. As a founding partner of the firm, he previously served as Managing Partner of RSM Ireland for 19 years from 2004 to 2023.

As part of the global RSM Network, John is a member of the RSM European Leadership Team and is Chair of the RSM Transatlantic Group.

John has considerable experience in assisting domestic mid-market leaders in developing growth strategies for their businesses. He has also worked with many international clients to create tailored localised strategies and business plans to drive local success while aligning to overall corporate global strategy.

John is a Board Member of the German Irish Chamber of Commerce and the Gaelic Players Association. He is also a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee of IDA Ireland. His network of contacts within the Irish Government, corporate, and banking sectors is extensive.
